What we do with a request.
The homepage form is how Houston homeowners ask us to come get the bees. This page is the short version of where that information goes.
What you send
Name, phone, optional email, the hive address, where the bees are, how long they’ve been there, optional notes, and whether anyone has been stung. That’s it. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Where it goes
Successful submissions email dispatch at hello@honeybeeremovalnearme.com. We use it to call or text you back about the hive. We do not sell it, and we do not put it on a public list.
How long we keep it
Job details stay in our inbox and job notes for as long as we need them to finish the work and any follow-up repair. Ask us to delete a request we have not started and we will.
This device
After a request sends, your browser may keep a local copy so you can see the confirmation. That copy never leaves your device on its own.
